Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PI2AI website (pi2ai.com), requesting a demo, or using any PI2AI product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of services

PI2AI Solutions Ltd ("PI2AI", "we", "us", "our") provides the following products and services:

• Process Intelligence (PI) Platform: Enterprise process mining, mapping, analysis, and optimisation software. Delivered as a managed service or configured deployment.
• AI Platform: Enterprise AI agents, knowledge assistants, workflow AI, and compliance reporting tools. Delivered as cloud or on-premise deployments depending on client tier.
• Professional Services: Implementation support, data integration, training, and ongoing advisory services delivered by the PI2AI team or approved partners.
• Website and marketing: The pi2ai.com website, blog content ("Insights"), contact forms, and newsletter — provided for informational and lead generation purposes.

Specific terms, service levels, pricing, and scope for enterprise platform use are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed between PI2AI and the client. These Terms apply to the extent not superseded by such agreements.

User responsibilities

Acceptable use

You agree to use the PI2AI website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the website or services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, servers, or systems.
• Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the website without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate PI2AI, a PI2AI employee, another user, or any other person.
• Use the services to develop a competing product or service.

Account security (platform users)

Enterprise platform users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must notify PI2AI immediately at info@pi2ai.io of any unauthorised use of your account.

Customer Data

Enterprise clients retain full ownership of all data they provide to or process through the PI2AI platform ("Customer Data"). PI2AI acts as a data processor for Customer Data in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement. PI2AI will not access, use, or disclose Customer Data except as necessary to provide the contracted services.

Intellectual property

The PI2AI website, platform, software, documentation, brand assets, and all content published by PI2AI (including the Insights blog) are owned by or licensed to PI2AI Solutions Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.

• Website content: You may view and download content from pi2ai.com for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
• Platform software: Enterprise clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the PI2AI platform solely for their internal business purposes during the term of their agreement.
• Customer Data: PI2AI claims no intellectual property rights over Customer Data. Any analytical outputs, reports, or models derived from Customer Data using our platform remain the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Feedback: If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

The PI2AI name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of PI2AI Solutions Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Each party may disclose to the other certain confidential information in connection with the services. Each party agrees to:

• Hold the other party's confidential information in strict confidence using at least the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information (and no less than reasonable care).
• Not disclose confidential information to any third party without the disclosing party's prior written consent, except to employees or contractors who have a need to know and are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.
• Use confidential information solely for the purposes of performing obligations or exercising rights under the applicable agreement.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is (a) already publicly available, (b) independently developed without reference to the confidential information, (c) received from a third party without restriction, or (d) required to be disclosed by law or regulation.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of these Terms or any associated agreement for a period of 5 years, or indefinitely for trade secrets.

Limitation of liability

No warranty

The PI2AI website and free informational content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Exclusion of consequential loss

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PI2AI shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services, even if PI2AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Cap on liability

For website visitors and prospects (non-paying users), PI2AI's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to £100. For enterprise platform clients, liability is governed by the applicable MSA, which typically caps liability at the fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PI2AI Solutions Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website or services.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction where mandatory local laws may apply.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (e.g. via email to enterprise clients or a banner on the website).

Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the website and services.
